Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GarudaVault ("Service") operated by GarudaVault ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using garudavault.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have obtained appropriate parental or institutional consent), have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization if applicable, and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

GarudaVault provides a cybersecurity awareness training platform including phishing simulation tools, interactive training modules, compliance-aligned courses, risk scoring dashboards, and policy management features. The platform is currently in early access. Features and availability may change during this phase.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at garudavault@hotmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GarudaVault to:

  • Conduct actual phishing attacks or malicious activity against real targets outside of your authorized organization
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the platform to train for or facilitate illegal cyber activities
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GarudaVault. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Training content and materials provided through the platform are licensed for your use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Cybersecurity training reduces risk but cannot guarantee complete protection against all cyber threats.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GarudaVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GarudaVault in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Early Access

The platform is currently in an early access phase. During this period, features may be added, modified, or removed. Pricing, plans, and terms for paid tiers will be communicated separately before any charges are applied. Early access users will be given advance notice of any transition to paid plans.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting garudavault@hotmail.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
